Pegasus Builders, Inc. is a licensed roofer and has its own roofing division to service all roofs throughout South Florida!  We have extensive experience in all types of roofing, including concrete and clay tile roofing systems, flat decks including built-up roofing systems, sloped insulated roofing systems, and single-ply systems including EDPM and Durolast roofing systems. Pegasus does shingle, shake, metal, tile, and slate roofing systems. Having the ability to custom design roof systems with an in-house engineer that can design and certify a variety of roofing systems, is what makes us unique.  With our in-house engineer, we are able to tailor to the very specific needs of any client. Pegasus has relationships with many tile manufacturers such as Boral, Boral Steel, Crown, and Eagle.  We are among the only 5% in North America certified as a GAF roofing contractor and offer many types of shingles such as Timberline, Owens & Corning, TAMKO, and IKO.  We offer free roof inspections for any clients in need of reroofs and are excited to be a Ygrene provider to anyone needing financing! We are also able to provide exterior painting, and gutter services to all our roofing clients!
